We typically meet at 7 pm the last Mondays of the month at the Sierra Montaña Recreation Center, 14861 N Spring Ln, Surprise, AZ 85388

Holiday Exceptions: We usually meet the 2nd last Monday in May, 2nd Monday in November, and have NO MEETING in December.

To increase outreach to the community and enhance community involvement, the Sierra Montaña Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BOD) introduced HOA Quarterly Workshops. While monthly BOD meetings are designated for owner members of the community, the BOD would like to reach out to all residents of the community to listen to their feedback and concerns.
